We are in the large industrial sector. We cover any process that requires heat either direct or indirect. We supply, install, replace or repair. We offer preventative maintenance plans, breakdown maintenance service and component supply. We offer 24/7 support for our regular client base.
We are based in Hobart, Tasmania, with 5 vehicles operating across Tasmania, from our headquartes in Hobart and also from Launceston. We also service Victoria and New South Wales, mainly outside the main metropolitan centres. We have 1 fully equipped vehicle at our base in Melbourne.
We have an agreement to supply the Danfoss range of burner products throughout the Commonwealth of Australia. This is in association with TWA of Tangerang, Indonesia. We are not tied to only supply Danfoss. We have the flexibility to recommend others based on price, client preference, fitness for purpose, availability and urgency. We do not supply any Danfoss products outside of Oil Pumps, Oil Nozzles, Oil Burner Controls, Ignition Units and Oil Preheaters. If you require supply outside the Commonwealth of Australia, we will refer you to TWA. If you are after other Danfoss products, we will refer you to Danfoss Australia in Dandenong, Victoria.
We are in the business of minimising your downtime at your factory and premises. Each project comes with varying guarantees as often this can be dependent on the components selected. Always discuss this aspect with us. We will deliver what we say we will. If you are not totally satisfied, tell us. If you are totally satisfied, tell everyone.

That's the aim: to give value. Measured in absence of downtime. If your plant was down for one hour because of a breakdown and you lost $20,000 in production, that's the value. It's not the $1,500 you paid us, nor the $1,400 you might have paid to our competitor who caused you two hours down.
Generally 7 days from date of invoice. Sometimes a deposit is required if big ticket components are involved.
